The difference to other "digital firms": Over half of our team are software developers. You will directly shape what they build – and thus how AI-powered tax consulting will look in this industry at all. Your tax knowledge shapes the product, not just its application.

We are an experienced founding team of tax advisors, digital entrepreneurs, and software developers with an exit track record of €140 million. Together with you, we want to build one of the leading tax firms in Germany.

Responsibilities

• Mandatory Tasks & Quality Assurance: You will be responsible for core tax services – supported by state-of-the-art AI and automation tools that minimize routine and enable depth.

• Client Management: You will set up new clients, accompany them long-term, and build sustainable relationships.

• Development of New Consulting Services: You will help decide which AI-powered consulting formats we develop. Your tax expertise + the support of our software developers = services that traditional firms cannot offer.

• Growth Strategy: You will help shape our growth strategy – through client acquisition and strategic impulses from tax practice.

Qualifications

• Technical Excellence: Passed tax advisor examination and proven technical depth – you are proficient in your core competence

• Client Competence: Proven success in building and managing client relationships and tax teams.

• Entrepreneurial Mindset: You want to directly help shape what AI-powered consulting looks like – and build with software developers what doesn't exist yet

• Consulting Ambition: You want to deliver excellent consulting and work with clients on complex issues – not just get through them

• Tech Enthusiasm: You actively try out new solutions and see technology as a lever – not a threat
