Head of Supply Chain

Qualification / 资格

a. Critical Competency / 关键能力

- Prior experience in procurement management in the Mexican automotive/automation equipment manufacturing industry is preferred, with familiarity of the local Mexican supply chain market and procurement rules.

- Possess capabilities in local supplier development, cost control, and risk management. Familiar with overseas factory operational models, with a global operational mindset.

- Proficient in SAP, with team management capabilities.

b. Required Education & Experience / 教育背景及工作经验

- Bachelor’s degree or above, with majors in Supply Chain, Mechanical Engineering, International Trade, or related fields. Background in automotive/automation equipment manufacturing is preferred.

- 8 years or more of manufacturing procurement experience, with over 3 years of overseas factory procurement management experience. Prior experience working in factories in Mexico/Latin America.

- Language skills: Fluent in Chinese. Business communication skills in English are required. Business communication skills in Spanish are preferred.

- Ability to be stationed in Mexico long-term. Possess a valid Mexican work visa or permanent residency.

Main Tasks & Responsibility 主要任务和职责

Job Responsibilities

- Overall Supply Chain Coordination: Responsible for the full process management of factory production planning, material planning, inventory control, warehousing and logistics, and delivery performance. Establish a stable, efficient, and localized supply chain system to ensure continuous supply to the production line.

- Procurement and Supplier Management: Lead local supplier development, qualification, performance evaluation, and annual cost reduction initiatives. Coordinate the procurement of production materials, tooling, fixtures, and indirect materials. Simultaneously manage domestic cross-border material import and related services.

- Cross-border Logistics and Import/Export Compliance: Responsible for Mexico-China cross-border transportation, customs clearance, duties, and freight forwarder management. Familiar with local Mexican import and export regulations. Manage logistics timeliness, costs, and customs clearance risks, ensuring smooth delivery of cross-border materials.

- Process Systems and Team Management: Implement standardized supply chain processes for overseas factories. Interface with the group's global supply chain system. Lead the local supply chain team, managing daily operations, work coordination, and cross-departmental collaboration (Production, Quality, Finance, Sales).

- Cost and Performance Management: Implement annual supply chain cost reduction, quality improvement, and efficiency improvement targets. Output monthly/quarterly supply chain KPI data and operational analysis. Continuously optimize supply chain efficiency.

- Inventory and Delivery Control: Optimize inventory turnover and safety stock strategies to reduce obsolete inventory. Control order delivery, material completeness rate, and on-time delivery rate. Handle supply chain exceptions and delivery risks.
