The current challenges and prospective goals:

Glow25 is growing rapidly, and with this growth come increased demands on our supply chain, purchasing, and operational excellence. We're seeking an experienced, entrepreneurial-minded leadership person who will strategically develop our end-to-end supply chain, stabilize operations, and scale for the next growth phase.

As Head of Supply Chain Management/Purchasing (all genders), you'll take a key role in our further growth: You'll ensure that our products are reliably available, our cost structure remains competitive, our partner landscape is professionally managed, and our processes keep pace with Glow25's tempo.

You'll build together with your team of currently 5 employees a supply chain that not only functions but becomes a growth driver for Glow25.

In this area, we need your support:

• You will be responsible for the strategic planning, end-to-end control, and continuous optimization of our entire supply chain: from forecasting, S&OP, purchasing, disposition, and production planning to inventory management, logistics, and fulfillment, as well as performance steering along relevant KPIs.
• You will establish robust, scalable processes that enable growth while maintaining product availability, service level, costs, cash flow, and working capital in balance, and create an optimal customer experience.
• You will ensure the optimal use of our ERP system and develop together with the team data quality, process discipline, and system usage continuously further, so that decisions can be made reliably, transparently, and scalably.
• You will develop our purchasing from an operational procurement function to a strategic value lever: with clear supplier strategy, professional negotiation management, framework agreements, multi-source concepts, and measurable efficiency gains.
• You will drive the digitalization, automation, and data-based steering of our supply chain actively forward and use modern tools as well as KI-supported approaches to make forecasting, disposition, reporting, and decision-making processes more efficient and sustainable.
• You will operate active risk management to secure our delivery capability, minimize bottlenecks, strengthen resilience, and ensure compliance with legal requirements, quality standards, and internal guidelines.
• You will lead, develop, and motivate your team of currently 5 employees professionally and disciplinarily: with clear prioritization, high implementation strength, and a culture of responsibility, transparency, and mutual support.

You bring the following experiences:

• You have successfully completed a degree in business administration, economics, supply chain management, or a comparable field.
• You have at least 10 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in a dynamic growth environment and a leading company.
• You have already professionalized a supply chain in a scaling organization and bring a very good understanding of end-to-end processes, S&OP, forecasting, inventory management, logistics, and operational excellence.
• You bring fundamental experience with ERP systems and have a deep understanding of how end-to-end processes are represented, controlled, and optimized systemically in supply chain, purchasing, inventory management, production planning, and reporting.
• You have relevant expertise in strategic procurement and can structure supplier portfolios, negotiate, and realize cost savings.
• You have experience in leading and developing teams, ideally in hybrid or remote work environments.
• You are proficient in German and English at least at the C1 level.
• Industry knowledge in Consumer Goods, Food, Beauty, Supplements, Pharma, FMCG, or E-Commerce is a plus.
