Summary of activities:

• Structuring and professionalizing the supplies area, implementing clear and efficient processes;
• Development of goals and indicators “KPIS”;
• Estructuration of processes and tools that aim to generate greater governance of the supplies area, as well as coordinating the supply chain, following and approving material requests;
• Definition of policies and administration of purchases and contracts, ensuring the development of suppliers according to the company's strategic planning, as well as conducting commercial negotiations related to acquisitions of goods, materials and services;
• Following up on contracts, so that clauses are fulfilled, negotiations and renewals with suppliers;
• Following up on incidents related to payments, application of penalties and investigation of responsibility;
• Coordination of the Supplies team, offering support in developing skills inherent to the area, as well as supervising administration, prospecting for suppliers and quality of supply;
• Implementation of new methods, systems and processes, focused on reducing costs and increasing profitability.

Requirements

• Degree and Postgraduate in Civil Engineering, Supplies, Project Management, and related fields;
• Proven experience as Coordinator of at least 4 years in the vertical area;
• A significant differential is having experience in the high-end residential segment;
• Availability to work 100% on-site in Campo Grande - MT.
