Job description
*Exciting senior mandate for a Head of Performance, Strategy* Seeking a seasoned leadership individual, to spearhead the Group Retail’s agenda by translating enterprise strategy into executable initiatives, with a strong focus on financial performance optimization such as balance sheet efficiency, and productivity drivers. Partnering closely with senior stakeholders across the group business, to enhance financial performance, optimize capital and balance sheet usage, and ensure coherent, high-impact decision-making. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans that drive growth, profitability, and sustainability, while fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
