Head of Strategy and New Business Development (Vision Care)

Purpose of this role is to lead the strategy and new business development for Vision Care division, leveraging on the company’s global expertise and local market insights to drive growth and expansion. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, and experience in developing and implementing strategic plans. He/She should be able to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, customers, partners and suppliers. Key responsibilities include: Developing and implementing strategies for Vision Care division; Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders; Identifying new business opportunities and driving growth through partnerships and collaborations; Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement plans; Providing thought leadership and expertise in the field of Vision Care; Analyzing market trends, customer needs and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions. The ideal candidate should have a Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field, with at least 8 years of experience in strategy development and new business growth. Strong understanding of the Indian healthcare industry and its regulatory environment is essential.
