Objective of the Role – Head Corporate Strategy To develop and drive the organization's long-term strategic vision, ensuring sustainable growth, enhanced shareholder value, and competitive advantage through strategic planning, business portfolio optimization, organic and inorganic growth initiatives, market expansion, and enterprise-wide transformation programs. Key Roles & Responsibilities Corporate Strategy & Long-Term Planning Develop and drive the company's 3–5 year and 10-year strategic roadmap, aligning with the organization's overall mission and vision. Strategic Planning & Analysis Conduct comprehensive analysis of internal and external factors to inform strategic decision-making, leveraging data-driven insights to identify opportunities for growth, innovation, and cost savings. Business Portfolio Optimization Develop and implement strategies to optimize business portfolio, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. Organic and Inorganic Growth Initiatives Identify and pursue organic and inorganic growth opportunities that drive long-term value creation, while minimizing risk and maximizing returns. Market Expansion Develop and execute market expansion strategies to increase revenue, improve profitability, and enhance competitive advantage. Enterprise-Wide Transformation Programs Design and implement enterprise-wide transformation programs to drive cultural change, process improvements, and technology adoption, ensuring seamless integration with existing operations. Stakeholder Management Engage with stakeholders across the organization to build trust, foster collaboration, and ensure effective communication of strategic plans and initiatives.
