You are the operational motor of the management and ensure that the company remains regulatorily and organizationally on track.

Tasks

• Strategic and operative relief of management in daily business.
• Operative accompaniment and implementation of regulatory requirements (DORA).
• BUILDING AND OPTIMIZATION OF INTERNAL PROCESSES BETWEEN BUSINESS, TECH, AND LEGAL.
• Coordination of important projects and ensuring bankability.

Qualification

• You have learned to quickly penetrate and implement complex topics.
• You are a doer who not only writes concepts, but also implements them.
• You have no aversion to DORA and complex guidelines.
• Extremely structured, analytical, and loyal towards management.
