As Head of Staff, you are the hinge between vision and implementation. You work directly with the management team, lead teams and processes, and ensure that talenthafen not only grows quickly but also scales wisely.

Aufgaben

Your tasks:

• You take responsibility directly – with clarity, context, and a genuine eye for people and results
• You build and optimize structures, processes, and decision-making paths for an organization that grows faster than its own systems. You steer strategic initiatives – from the idea to rollout to retrospective
• You are the first point of contact for management – sparring partner, filter function, and implementation expert in one. You recognize where culture and performance diverge, and actively counteract it
• You coordinate cross-functional teams and maintain an overview in complexity

Qualifikation

You bring:

• Multiple years of leadership experience – you know what it means to take responsibility for people
• Demonstrated success in building or transforming organizations or teams
• Entrepreneurial thinking – you see the big picture and don't lose sight of details
• Excellent communication – on all levels, internally and externally
• Experience in rapidly growing companies is a plus, but not a must
• Genuine interest in HR, talent, and the future of work
