To further professionalize and strategically develop our company, we are looking for an engaged Head of Staff (m/w/d) in full-time at the earliest possible time. In this key position, you will work closely with the management team, steer cross-sectional projects, optimize internal processes, and significantly contribute to the implementation of our corporate strategy.

Aufgaben

• Close cooperation with the management team on the development, prioritization, and implementation of strategic company goals
• Steering and coordination of cross-sectional projects as well as ensuring efficient collaboration among all company departments
• Analysis and optimization of internal processes, structures, and decision-making paths to sustainably increase organizational performance capacity
• Preliminary preparation of strategic decision-making bases through market, competition, and company analyses
• Responsibility for planning, implementation, and follow-up of central company initiatives and transformation projects
• Supporting the management team in operational daily business as well as preparing and following up on management and stakeholder meetings
• Supporting the development of our service portfolio and strategic positioning of the company along the entire real estate life cycle

Qualifikation

• SUCCESSFUL completion of a degree in economics, real estate, business administration, law, or a comparable qualification
• MULTI-year professional experience in a strategic, operational, or project-based function, ideally in the context of management, corporate development, consulting, or real estate
• DEEP understanding of business economic relationships and company and organizational structures
• EXPERIENCE in steering complex projects and cross-sectional initiatives
• STRONG analytical skills as well as the ability to structure, evaluate, and translate complex issues into concrete recommendations for action
• HIGH level of self-initiative, solution-oriented thinking, and structured independent working style
• SUPERIOR appearance, excellent communication skills, and high social competence
• ABILITY to coordinate different interests and prepare decisions effectively and follow up on them
• HIGH degree of professionalism, discretion, and responsibility in handling confidential information
• VERY good German language skills in writing and speaking as well as a secure handling of modern digital work and collaboration tools
