Job Title: Head of Software Operations - AI Fintech

We are partnering with an AI Fintech firm who is seeking a high caliber operations leader to oversee large-scale software operations and vendor delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day operations across technology, product, and delivery teams.
  
• Manage and optimize vendor relationships to ensure high-quality, scalable delivery.
  
• Develop and execute operational strategies to drive efficiency, growth, and innovation.
  
• Define processes, KPIs, and operational best practices for large-scale software operations.
  
• Mentor senior leadership and ensure organizational effectiveness.
  
• Partner with the executive team on strategic initiatives, including large-scale technology deployments and partnerships.
  

• 10+ years in senior operational leadership roles in software development or fintech companies.
  
• Experience managing large software development teams (2,000+ developers) and complex vendor ecosystems.
  
• Strong track record in operational excellence, process improvement, and scaling high-performance teams.
  
• Exceptional strategic thinking, execution, and leadership skills.
  
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
