Location: India – Mumbai Role: EVP/SVP– Engineering & Delivery Head (Trade Finance Platforms) Experience: 23 Years Role Overview We are hiring a senior engineering and delivery leader to build and scale next-generation Trade Finance and Supply Chain Finance platforms . The role requires a hands-on technology leader with a strong track record in enterprise product engineering, large-scale delivery, and modernization programs across global banks . This mandate sits at the intersection of technological innovation and business transformation. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and implementing strategic plans for software engineering and delivery teams to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction. • Building and leading high-performing engineering teams with a focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion. • Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to identify and prioritize technology initiatives that drive business outcomes. • Designing and delivering innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of customers and partners. • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executive leadership, product owners, and technical teams. • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously improve engineering processes and delivery methodologies. • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, security standards, and industry best practices. • Fostering a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous learning within the organization. • Developing and managing budgets for software engineering and delivery initiatives. • Providing thought leadership and strategic guidance to drive business outcomes and improve customer satisfaction. Key qualifications include: • 23+ years of experience in software engineering, product development, or related field. • Strong track record of building and leading high-performing engineering teams. • Proven ability to develop and implement strategic plans for software engineering and delivery teams. • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills. • Experience working with global banks, financial institutions, or similar organizations. • Strong understanding of technology trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. • Master's or Ph.D. degree preferred.
