Head of Social Media (m/w/d)

As Head of Social Media, you will take over the strategic and operational responsibility for our social media presence. You will lead our social media team, provide clear guidelines, and create space for creative ideas and new impulses at the same time.

Your goal: a digital communication that makes our values visible, creates proximity, and lets our hotels and us as an employer be experienced authentically.

Aufgaben

• Development and implementation of a comprehensive social media strategy for our hotel brands
• Conceptualization, steering, and further development of campaigns with a focus on brand building and employer branding
• Analyzing relevant KPIs and continuous optimization of content, formats, and performance
• Identifying and evaluating new trends, tools, and platforms
• Planning, steering, and controlling social media budgets
• Organizing and accompanying photo and video content productions
• Researching, selecting, planning, and coordinating influencer collaborations
• Vantage: Planning, implementation, optimization, and evaluation of Meta Ads

Qualifikation

• Multiple years of professional experience in the field of social media
• Fundamental knowledge of common social media platforms and their functions
• Strategic thinking combined with high creative implementation competence
• Outstanding communication skills, as well as joy in teamwork and leadership
• Analytical understanding for performance, KPIs, and data-based decisions
• Hands-on mentality and the motivation to actively participate oneself
