Our client is a leading online retailer in the field of music and audio equipment. Performance Marketing shall be built up, stabilized, and professionalized in-house.

SEA is one of the central revenue drivers. The mission of this role is to lead Google as a profitable, scalable growth channel, establish structures, and expand market shares in the DACH region and internationally.

Tasks

• Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des Inhouse-SEA-Teams sowie Aufbau klarer Standards und Prozesse.
• Gesamtverantwortung für die Google- & Bing-Ads-Accounts (Search, Shopping, Display, Retargeting) inkl. effizienter Budgetsteuerung im fünfstelligen Tagesvolumen.
• Kontinuierliche Optimierung von ROAS, KUR und Conversion Rates sowie konsequentes Abschalten ineffizenter Kampagnen.
• Aufbau einer nachhaltigen SEA-Infrastruktur inkl. sauberem Tracking (u. a. Umstellung auf Offline Conversion Tracking via GTM).
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Geschäftsführung, SEO, BI und Webentwicklung sowie regelmäßiges, datenbasiertes Reporting.

Qualification

• Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Performance Marketing mit klarem Fokus auf SEA, idealerweise im E-Commerce mit großem Sortiment.
• Nachweisliche Erfahrung in der Steuerung großer Budgets (sechsstellige Monatsvolumina) und komplexen Kampagnenstrukturen.
• Starkes technisches Verständnis für Feedmanagement, Conversion-Tracking, Datenanalyse und BI-Anbindungen (z. B. Qlik Sense).
• Ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität kombiniert mit der Fähigkeit, Teams zu führen, zu coachen und weiterzuentwickeln.
• Analytische, strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie sichere Kommunikation mit internen Stakeholdern auf Management-Ebene.
