Head of Sales

Overview As the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing sales function to drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets. This role is ideal for a strategic, results-driven leader with strong commercial acumen, excellent people management skills, and a passion for building lasting customer relationships. You will work closely with the Marketing and Forecast Planning teams to develop sales strategies, manage performance, and ensure operational excellence in all aspects of the sales process. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and exceed targets; • Leading and managing a high-performing sales team to achieve individual and team goals; • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders; • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales initiatives that align with business objectives; • Analyzing sales performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement; • Developing and managing budgets and forecasts to ensure operational excellence and achieve financial targets. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Marketing, Sales); • At least 5 years of experience in sales leadership or management; • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets; • Strong commercial acumen and ability to develop effective sales strategies; • Excellent people management skills and ability to lead and motivate a high-performing team; • Ability to build strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders; • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities; • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
