In the context of the role, you will be responsible for our offline sales strategy in the DACH region and be a central impulse generator for our founder. Together with your team, you will drive our expansion in retail forward: You will build on our presence, develop strategic key accounts further, secure existing listings, and explore new market opportunities.

Tasks

Your tasks with us:

• You develop and implement our Sales Strategy and set it in motion together with your team strategically and operationally.
• You lead, coach, and develop our Sales Team.
• You ensure existing listings and build our Distribution sustainably further.
• You identify, win, and nurture strategic Large Customers in the area of Drugstore and Retail.
• You build long-term partnerships and understand what our customers are really moved by.
• Due to informative Market, Customer, and Competition Data, you recognize Trends early on and lead promising Growth Strategies.
• You ensure that Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Operations work hand in hand – from product idea to planning to shelf.

Qualification

And now about you:

• You bring several years of experience in sales with you – ideally in the FMCG or Food sector?
• You have experience in team leadership and development, as well as collaboration with different interfaces?
• You think and act strategically and entrepreneurially, but also enjoy hands-on work?
• You are able to inspire others and keep a cool head even in challenging negotiation situations?
• You make data-based decisions, analyze KPIs sovereignly, and lead clear measures for sustainable growth from them?
• You love driving changes forward, developing processes further, and actively shaping your environment?
• You have a desire to regularly visit our Frankfurt office to brainstorm ideas & drive projects forward?
• You speak fluent German and have good English skills?
