Head of Sales (m/f/d) High-Performance Cars & Aerospace, Paderborn

Our client is an internationally active technology company with around 280 employees, specializing in innovative solutions for High Performance Cars and other demanding industries. The Aerospace division is to be specifically built up and further developed. Our client is looking for reinforcement for the Sales department.

Responsibilities

· Building and strategic development of the Aerospace sales division

· Maintaining and developing existing customers

· Acquiring new customers and developing new markets and business potentials

· Development and implementation of international sales strategies

· Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships, as well as responsibility for revenue and growth targets

· Close cooperation with management and specialist departments, as well as representing the company externally

Qualifications

· Completed university degree or comparable qualification

· Several years of experience in international B2B sales, ideally Aerospace, Automotive, or Motorsport

· Experience in building new business areas and in new customer acquisition

· Technical understanding and enthusiasm for innovative technologies

· Entrepreneurial thinking and high self-motivation

· Confident demeanor and strong communication skills

· Strategic and hands-on approach to work

· Willingness to travel internationally

· Fluent German and English skills
