Job description

We are looking for a person who can lead one of our main business units, with +7 years of professional experience and +5 years of B2B sales experience. A strategic, motivated, and ambitious person. In this role, you will have the challenge of taking Toku to the next level in this sector, and forming and leading a team.

You will be responsible for identifying and establishing relationships with potential clients, negotiating, closing deals, and leading the growth strategy of this business unit in Mexico. It's a high-exposure role with influence on company guidelines.

What will you do?

Lead and grow this business unit: Financial Institutions ensuring goal fulfillment and continuous team commercial development. You set the pace and elevate the standard.

Project growth area alongside VP of Sales.

Design key projects for our enterprise clients, defining sales strategy and go-to-market planning.

Lead complex sales processes, understanding the client's reality, processes, and pain points. This is not a role for quick sales: it's influence, understanding, and business vision.

Maintain KPI compliance (NARR, AVC) to achieve desired growth.

Work closely with Product and Technical teams detecting improvement opportunities in customer experience, providing visibility, and helping prioritize initiatives that impact the business.

⚡️ Stay up-to-date with payment and SaaS world trends.

Bring vision, sales ideas, and team management.

Requirements
