Head of Revenue (B2B) / Founding Sales Lead (m/w/d)

We are growing and looking for an entrepreneurial Sales-Lead who builds a scalable Revenue-Engine from a strong offer.​​

Tasks

• Responsibility for the entire Sales-Cycle (Discovery → Offer → Negotiation → Closing) in Mid-Market/Enterprise.​
• BUILDING a planned pipeline (Outbound, Inbound-Qualification, Partner/Multipliers) including Forecasting and clean CRM-hygiene.​
• Development of ICP, Positioning, Messaging, and Offer-Packets around „AI Literacy / Art. 4 EU AI-VO + Verification“.​
• Creation and iteration of Sales-Playbooks (Qualification, Objection Handling, Deal-Reviews, Pricing-Logic).
• CLOSE collaboration with Founder/Product: Feedback from Calls and Deals in Offer & Priorities translate.​

Qualification

• Multiple-year experience in B2B-Sales (SaaS, Compliance/RegTech, HR-Tech, Legal or B2B-Training) including verifiable closing.
• Ability to translate complex compliance topics into clear business outcomes (Risk, Audit-Readiness, Procurement/RFP-Benefits).​
• High self-responsibility: you build processes, rather than just operating them.​
• Strong in Communication (C-Level-capable), structured in work, number- and pipeline-oriented.
• Fluent German, very good English.
