Proven experience managing P&L, business development, and implementing complex projects;
Strong knowledge of ERP/CRM solutions and/or digital transformation processes;
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills;
Strong planning, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities;
Fluent English (advanced level).

We are looking for an experienced and innovative Head of Retail, Distribution & Pharma to lead one of TotalSoft's most strategic business divisions. This role involves coordinating the commercial and operational strategy for these verticals, driving continuous improvement, growth, and customer satisfaction.
Purpose of the Role
The primary responsibility of this position is to develop and implement the business strategy for the Retail, Distribution, and Pharma verticals, manage the division's financial performance, and ensure the delivery of top-quality solutions and services to clients.
This is a strategic role that requires strong business acumen, customer orientation, and the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams toward excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Define and implement the operational strategy for the Retail, Distribution & Pharma verticals;
Manage the division's financial performance (P&L) and ensure profitability;
Build and strengthen relationships with key clients and strategic partners;
Lead operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives;
Develop and mentor division team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and results focus.
