For a globally leading, dynamically growing company, we are looking for an entrepreneurially minded leader to head Reporting & Planning.

In this key role, you will not only lead a high-performing team: you will create transparency for strategic decisions, further develop planning and control processes, and utilize digitalization, automation, and AI to make Finance even more effective.

Responsibilities

Your Impact

You will make Finance the strategic navigation system of the corporate group:

• You will lead, develop, and inspire the Reporting & Planning team.
• You will be responsible for meaningful management reports and translate complex financial data into clear decisions.
• You will manage budget, forecast, and planning processes – forward-looking, data-driven, and international.
• You will analyze deviations, derive concrete recommendations for action, and optimize financial performance.
• You will design modern, efficient financial processes and improve collaboration between Finance and the business units.
• You will drive digitalization, automation, and the sensible use of AI in the finance department.
• You will work closely with international stakeholders and interdisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

Your Profile

You combine finance excellence with leadership and a drive for change:

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance & Controlling, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional and leadership experience in reporting, planning, controlling, or analytics – ideally in an international growth environment
• Experience in international, cross-functional projects, such as group consolidation
• Very good knowledge of SAP FI/CO as well as reporting and data visualization tools
• Strong analytical skills, quality awareness, and a hands-on mentality
• Enjoyment in intelligently further developing established processes
• Confident communication in German and English – including in international stakeholder environments
