Aufgaben

• Strategic and operational responsibility for Recruiting & Talent Acquisition within the Federal Consumer Association e.V.
• Building, steering, and continuous development of a modern, honorary-based Recruiting setup (structures, roles, workflows).
• Development and implementation of processes for Sourcing, Selection, Interviewing, Onboarding and Candidate Experience.
• Closely working with the Chief People Officer and the Board to implement the Recruiting and growth strategy.
• Steering and guidance of the selection, care, and further development of honorary employees in cooperation with departments.
• Building and leading a Recruiting team or structures, including quality and performance monitoring (e.g. Time-to-Fill, accuracy, engagement).
• Ensuring a smooth information flow between Recruiting, HR, and operational units.
• Advising the management level on Recruiting strategies, role profiles, and structural development (including contribution to organizational culture).

Qualifikation

• Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology or comparable qualification.
• Multiple years of experience in Recruiting/Talent Acquisition, ideally with leadership responsibility (e.g. Teamlead, Head, department head).
• Praxis in building and scaling Recruiting processes (end-to-end), preferably in dynamic or decentralized structures.
• Knowledge and/or experience as an HR Business Partner or in the personnel services industry (e.g. Staffing, Personnel Consulting, Labor Leasing, RPO) – including stakeholder management and targeted candidate selection.
• Safe handling of interviews and selection methods.
• High social competence, empathy, and communication strength – particularly when dealing with honorary employees.
• Strategic thinking combined with a strong hands-on mentality.
• Readiness to work remotely and flexibly in an honorary capacity.
