Requirements

• Technical education, preferably a degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Knowledge of mechanical design
• Experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Management
• Advanced level of English
• German language skills are an advantage

Job description

• Coordinate the Quality Assurance Department
• Improve and optimize processes within the Quality Assurance Department
• Ensure on an ongoing basis that manufactured products comply with technical specifications and applicable general technical standards
• Document errors occurring during the manufacturing process, discuss them in production meetings, take corrective actions, and identify solutions for their resolution
• Analyze customer complaints, provide responses, and propose internal corrective actions. Maintain a record of customer complaints and the associated costs
• Participate, together with the Quality Assurance Manager, in the execution of tests (FAT), measurements, and inspections required to verify the conformity of the finished product with the technical specifications issued by the customer
• Ensure proper organization of quality-related documents on the server, including a relevant document index
• Monitor and control the documentation process for inspections and FATs, including photographs documenting the manufacturing, packaging, and delivery stages
• Monitor the organization of Quality Management System documentation on the Intranet, as well as the uploading and revision of company procedures and work instructions
• Maintain and update the Quality Manual
• Monitor the effective operation of the Quality Management System
• Ensure that inspections and audits are carried out
• Evaluate subordinate employees in accordance with the performance criteria established by the applicable performance evaluation regulations or collective bargaining agreement
