Head of Quality & Food Safety — Coffee Sector Leader

A global coffee service group in Singapore is seeking an experienced Head of Quality & Food Safety to oversee quality functions and compliance. The role entails managing coffee quality standards, leading investigations on quality claims, and enhancing quality management systems. Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field and at least 7 years of experience in quality and food safety within the food commodities or FMCG industries. Strong leadership and excellent communication skills are essential for this position. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing quality control procedures, conducting audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing training and guidance to team members. Additionally, the Head of Quality & Food Safety will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential risks and opportunities for improvement. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of food safety regulations and standards, such as HACCP and GMP, and be able to apply this knowledge in a fast-paced environment.
