The current challenges and future goals are:

As Head of Quality (all genders), you will be responsible for ensuring product quality and food safety at all times – and exactly in this area, we stand before exciting changes. Our claim is to continuously improve quality and uphold standards like IFS 8 as well as sustainability not only by the book but also practically and future-oriented.

We're still producing in Berlin-Pankow, but by mid-2026, we'll be moving to our new location in Reinickendorf. More space, modern technology, efficient processes – a real milestone for us. Together, we want to rethink quality processes, clarify structures, and integrate sustainability into everyday life. If you're eager to shape this path actively and not just monitor quality, but visibly shape it, we're looking forward to getting to know you.

In this area, we need your support:

• You will lead our QM team in a professional and human manner – with clarity, empathy, and an eye for individual strengths.
• You will develop our quality and sustainability goals further, translate them into concrete strategies, and accompany their implementation.
• You will systematically analyze customer complaints and derive sustainable improvement measures from them.
• You will ensure the function, maintenance, and repair of all quality-relevant machines and control devices.
• You will inspect and release product labels – including packaging, recipes, and nutritional information.

In your daily business, you will take on further central tasks:

• You will create monthly reports.
• You will set legal requirements in food law and sustainability consistently and practically into effect.
• You will assume responsibility in the event of a crisis and lead the right steps with sovereignty.
• You will control and analyze results from labor, sensors, and return samples.
• You will ensure seamless traceability according to Regulation (EC) No. 178/2002.

You bring the following experiences:

• You have a completed degree in food technology or a comparable field.
• You bring at least six years of professional experience in a GFSI-certified company and have already gained leadership experience.
• You possess profound knowledge in quality management systems, particularly IFS Food, as well as relevant food laws and regulations.
• You have expertise in quality and risk management, food safety, laboratory and analytical methods, and technical understanding.
• You have ideally already gained insights into product development or basic knowledge on this topic.
• You are familiar with ERP systems and set up project management tools like Asana confidently.
• You master German and English very well in word and writing.
