Head of QA Copacking (m/w/d)

Since 1994, RAUCH has operated one of the most innovative beverage production facilities in the world at its Nüziders location. Today, around 500 employees contribute to the success of the site. Responsibility for implementing the global quality strategy in close coordination with the Head of Group Quality and the Production Departments is required. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of QA specialists and ensuring that all production processes are aligned with the company's quality standards. This includes developing and implementing quality control measures, conducting audits and inspections, and providing training to employees on quality-related topics. In addition, the Head of QA Copacking will be responsible for maintaining relationships with external partners and suppliers, as well as ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards. The ideal candidate should have a degree in a relevant field (e.g., food technology, engineering), at least 5 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field, and excellent communication and leadership skills. Knowledge of the beverage industry and experience working with international teams are also desirable.
