Budget- und Ressourcenverantwortung

• Planning, controlling, and budgeting for personal marketing projects
• Efficient allocation of resources to ensure maximum performance

Prozess- & Business Development

• Strategic development of existing accounts
• Optimization of existing products and processes (technically and content-wise)
• Development of new products and service offerings

Steuerung interner & externer Stakeholder

• Zentral interface between creative team, consulting, and customers
• Safeguarding smooth communication and clear responsibilities

Qualitätssicherung & Führungsverantwortung

• Safeguarding the highest quality standards in all projects
• Positioning Wiese Dental as a premium partner in the market
• Leading the project management team
• Increasing productivity by setting new standards
• Individual development of employees to more success and satisfaction in their role

Projekt- & Prozessentwicklung

• Development of new processes and projects – independently and in a team
• BUILDING scalable structures for further company growth

Kennzahlen-Management

• Responsibility for professional KPI tracking
• Steering based on clearly defined performance key figures

Technische Innovation

• Testing and implementation of new AI tools
• Optimization of our META- and Google Ads campaigns and strategies
• Ongoing performance improvement in paid marketing
