Aufgaben

💡 Your role

As Head of Project Operations, you are responsible for the successful implementation of our battery storage projects – from technical design to network planning and coordination with partners. At the same time, you will take on an active leadership and structuring role in the team.

Your tasks:

• Team leadership & building – Technical and organizational leadership of the project and engineering teams, including onboarding and further development
• Technical project responsibility – Monitoring and quality assurance for system design, network connection, and implementation
• Standardization & scaling – Building scalable processes, documentation standards, and building blocks for efficient implementation of a growing project pipeline
• Network connection & technical clarification – Support for complex questions about network connections, plant certifications, and norms (VDE-AR-N 4110)
• Schnittstellenmanagement – Close coordination with external partners, network operators, customers, and internal teams (Sales, product development, operations)
• Strategic working – Shaping the operational roadmap in close collaboration with the management board

Qualification

🎯 Your profile

• Studies in electrical engineering, energy technology, industrial engineering or comparable
• >5 years of professional experience in project development for technical energy projects, ideally at least 2 years in leadership responsibility
• Tight understanding of battery storage, renewable energies and network technology
• Experience in creating and reviewing technical documentation (power flow diagrams, SLDs, layout plans), as well as working with CAD tools
• Know-how in certification & technical connection planning (e.g. VDE-AR-N 4110) and regulatory requirements from network operators
• Leadership personality with structured, solution-oriented work style and high implementation competence
• Very good German language skills (C1), English language skills are an asset
• Hands-on mentality and enthusiasm for actively shaping a growing company
