Head of Project Management – ECI Projects

ECI Projects, a company specialized in EPC projects for electrical installations and renewable energy (solar parks, electric stations MT/IT, battery energy storage systems, SCADA), is looking for a Head of Project Management to coordinate strategically and operationally the portfolio of projects of the company.

The role involves leading the Project Management department and direct responsibility for delivering projects on time, within budget, and in accordance with contractual and technical requirements.

• Leads and develops the team of Project Managers at ECI Projects
• Coordinates the portfolio of EPC projects (solar, electric stations, BESS, SCADA)
• Ensures planning, tracking, and control of project execution
• Maintains budgets, graphs, and performance indicators for projects
• Coordinates activity with Technical, Procurement, Execution, Financial, and HSE departments
• Manages project risks and proposes proactive solutions
• Ensures compliance with contracts and relationships with beneficiaries, consultants, and authorities
• Reports periodically on the status of projects to executive management
• Contributes to optimizing processes and procedures for Project Management within the company

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a project management/coordination role EPC
• Relevant experience in the field of electrical installations and/or renewable energy
• Experience in managing solar, electric stations, BESS, or SCADA projects – major advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical/Energetic)
• Solid leadership and coordination skills for multidisciplinary teams
• Strong knowledge of planning, cost control, and risk management
• Excellent organizational, communication, and decision-making skills
• Experience with MS Project or similar tools
• Advanced level of English language proficiency
