Job Title: Head of Programme (International Curriculum) Location : Sector 70A, Gurgaon, India We are seeking a Head of Programme to provide academic leadership and operational management for our IBDP, IGCSE, and Cambridge curricula at Kunskapsskolan International School. This role requires a seasoned education professional with extensive experience in IB curriculum and IGCSE for implementation, academic administration, and a strong commitment to fostering a holistic educational environment. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and implementing the school's international curriculum framework, ensuring alignment with IB and Cambridge standards. • Providing academic leadership and guidance to programme leaders, teachers, and students. • Collaborating with the Senior Leadership Team to develop and implement policies and procedures for programme administration. • Ensuring effective communication and collaboration with parents, students, and staff. • Building and maintaining relationships with external partners and stakeholders. • Developing and managing budgets for programme-related activities. • Fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in teaching and learning practices. • Providing coaching and mentoring to teachers to enhance their pedagogical skills and subject knowledge. • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and school policies. • Leading and managing the Programme Team, comprising programme leaders, coordinators, and support staff. • Developing and implementing strategies for programme evaluation and assessment, including student performance monitoring and reporting. • Collaborating with other departments to develop and implement cross-curricular initiatives and projects. • Providing leadership and guidance on curriculum development, implementation, and review. • Ensuring the school's international curriculum is inclusive, diverse, and equitable, reflecting the needs of our students from diverse backgrounds. • Developing and implementing strategies for programme promotion and marketing, including social media, events, and publications. • Building and maintaining relationships with external partners and stakeholders to promote the school's programmes and services. The ideal candidate will have: • A Master's degree in Education or a related field. • At least 5 years of experience in academic leadership and management, preferably in an IB or Cambridge curriculum environment. • Strong understanding of IB and Cambridge curricula, including IBDP and IGCSE. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. • Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including students, parents, teachers, and staff. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines. • Familiarity with educational technology and digital tools for teaching and learning. • Commitment to fostering a culture of inclusivity, diversity, and equity in the school's programmes and services.
