We are Motor-Elektrik BVS GmbH – over 60 years of experience in the repair of electrical components for buses and trains. A manageable team of around 20 employees, a clearly defined market, a solid foundation. What we lack: a personality that thinks about production with system – and has the courage to consistently drive it forward.

You will take over responsibility for our workshop and production processes. You will develop these further, digitalize them, lead the team – and have the space to really shape things.

Aufgaben

Processes & Digitalization
▸ Production workflows transfer into ERP and consistently depict digitally
▸ Identify weaknesses, analyze causes, implement solutions
▸ Test new technologies and apply them where they create tangible added value

Planning & Key Figures
▸ Proactively manage personnel deployment, capacities, and material flows
▸ Introduce meaningful key figures – as a control instrument, not an end in itself
▸ Systematize production planning and switch from reactive to proactive action

Leadership & Growth
▸ Lead the workshop team, develop it, and accompany it through change processes
▸ Identify new product fields together with sales and open them up
▸ Act as an interface between the workshop and management

Qualification

▸ Proven experience in leading a workshop or production – this is a mandatory prerequisite
▸ ERP knowledge from practice: you know how to get a system running properly
▸ Entrepreneurial thinking: you recognize potential, not just problems
▸ Analytical strength combined with pragmatic hands-on approach
▸ Leadership personality that doesn't drive employees, but accompanies them
▸ Middle-class understanding: think big enough, act decisively enough
