Head of Production - Durban, South Africa

Hire Resolve's client is looking for Head of Production to join their team in Durban, KZN. The Head of Production is responsible for leading the multimedia production function across both boards. Overseeing a multi disciplinary team of videographers, editors, and photographers. Operating within the internal agency, this role is critical in managing production operations, elevating content quality, and delivering creative output that fuels fan engagement and brand growth across all club-owned channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in multimedia production, with experience in leading and managing a team of creatives. The role requires a high level of creativity, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate will also have experience in project management, budgeting, and scheduling. The role is based in Durban, KZN, and the successful candidate will be required to work a standard 40-hour workweek, with occasional evening and weekend work as required.
