Leads Production and Infrastructure Management
- Lead and manage the Production & Infrastructure ensuring compliance with corporate and regulatory standards.
- Drive projects related to manufacturing infrastructure, capacity management, and equipment validation.
- Optimize plant layout, processes, and resources to achieve productivity and cost-efficiency targets.
- Ensure alignment with engineering standards and customer-specific requirements.
- Manage budgets, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develop, coach, and lead high-performing teams across production and infrastructure functions.
