Job Description Head of Product Location: Auckland/Wellington/ Christchurch Full-time | Permanent | Yoobee Campus About the role We are seeking a visionary and commercially-minded Head of Product to join our Executive Leadership Team at Yoobee Colleges. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, this role holds ultimate responsibility for the strategic oversight, quality, relevance, and delivery of all Yoobee programmes. The Head of Product leads the product strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with the company's overall vision and goals. This includes developing and maintaining a deep understanding of market trends, competitor analysis, and customer needs to inform product decisions. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, and Operations, to drive business outcomes. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and implementing a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with the company's overall vision and goals. • Leading the development of new products and services, as well as enhancing existing ones. • Collaborating with stakeholders to identify and prioritize product features and requirements. • Ensuring the quality and relevance of all Yoobee programmes, including curriculum design, delivery, and assessment. • Developing and managing budgets for product initiatives. • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers. • Providing strategic guidance and support to the Executive Leadership Team on product-related matters.
