Responsibilities

• Develop features to optimize daily practice operations: Your main task is to conceive and implement new features that simplify the daily work in medical practices.
• Understand and analyze Practice Management Systems (PMS): You will conduct analyses and reverse engineering of Practice Management Systems.
• Data matching and user feedback collection: By matching data structures using SQL and collecting direct user feedback, you will create practical, needs-based solutions. A comprehensive understanding of the medical reality will help you develop tailor-made features.
• Act as a communication interface between business and technology: You will be the link between product management and technical development.
• Close collaboration with our CEO

Qualifications

• Product Management: You know the ins and outs of building products that delight customers.
• Completed university degree, ideally in the medical, economic, or IT field.
• 2-3 years of practical experience as a (Senior) Product Manager in a Healthtech startup/scale-up.
• Very good technical know-how to communicate product requirements to the engineering team.
• Drive for growth/Growth Mindset: Deep commitment to personal and professional growth, always open to feedback and new learning opportunities.
• Personal skills: Analytical and structured working style, initiative, independent problem-solving, willingness to learn, and enjoyment of teamwork.
• AI-First Mentality
• Language skills: Very good German and English skills.
