Head of Product & Process Industrialization (PPI)

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Head of Product & Process Industrialization (PPI) to lead all industrialization activities within the plant, ensuring successful product launches, optimized manufacturing processes, and continuous improvement. You will be responsible for achieving quality, cost, delivery, and productivity targets while supporting the company's growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Product & Process Industrialization team. Develop employees through coaching, training, and performance management.
• Translate business and customer requirements into manufacturing capabilities, capacity, and investment plans.
• Drive process optimization to improve quality, productivity, efficiency, and cost performance.
• Manage product introductions, ramp-ups, process changes, and industrialization projects.
• Plan and implement investments in production tooling, equipment, and manufacturing solutions.
• Develop and optimize production processes, specifications, control plans, work instructions, and FMEAs.
• Support customer approvals and releases (e.g., PPAP) and ensure compliance with relevant standards.
• Identify and implement opportunities for product and process optimization, cost reduction, and waste elimination.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Engineering, R&D, and other stakeholders to meet customer and business requirements.
• Monitor KPIs, manage budgets, and ensure targets are achieved.
• Promote continuous improvement initiatives using CBS methodologies and best practices.

• Strong leadership experience in manufacturing, engineering, industrialization, or process improvement environments.
• Proven experience managing industrialization projects, new product launches, and process optimization initiatives.
• Knowledge of quality tools and methodologies such as FMEA, Control Plans, PPAP, and continuous improvement practices.
• Strong project management, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to drive operational excellence while achieving cost, quality, and delivery objectives.
