Tasks

As Head of Product, you shape the future of our software and lead our team. Your role is hybrid: You are a visionary, but also operationally deep in the topics.

• Strategic Planning: You take full responsibility for prioritizing the product roadmap and aligning it with our goals.
• Team Leadership: You lead the development team and are actively responsible for its growth and further development.
• Visualization & Conceptualization: You have the ability to describe product ideas not only verbally, but also visually. You create mockups and user flows to make concepts tangible.
• Technical Translation: You serve as an interface to technology and translate technical requirements precisely into product requirements.
• User Research: You conduct qualitative user interviews and analyze them to ensure that we develop close to customer needs.

Qualification

You bring with you

• Leadership Experience: You look back on at least 3 years of experience in a leadership role in the tech field.
• Technical Understanding: You possess the ability to quickly immerse yourself in complex technical matters and speak on equal terms with developers.
• Design Affinity: You have a good eye for design and are confident in handling common prototyping and design tools.
• Structured Work Method: You are strong in organizing knowledge and requirements (experience with modern documentation tools is assumed).
• Mindset: You work responsibly, result-oriented, and have a well-developed hands-on mentality.
• Plus Point: Experience in the insurance industry is advantageous.
