Head of Product (m/w/d) - Focus HealthTech

Your Mission

In this key role, you will sharpen our product strategy together with the founders and drive the interface between Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering.

• Strategy & Vision: You develop the roadmap further and establish Famedly as the gold standard in clinical practice.
• Product Leadership: You lead our product team and optimize processes (Discovery & Delivery).
• Voice of the Customer: You translate complex requirements from doctors and nurses into precise technical concepts.
• Prioritization: You balance skillfully between regulatory requirements (TI, DSGVO), customer wishes, and long-term goals.

Your Profile

• Industry Insider: Funded experience in HealthTech/MedTech and understanding of clinical workflows and the Telematics infrastructure (TI).
• Product Leader: Several years of leadership experience in product management (B2B-SaaS), paired with a hands-on mentality.
• Communication Talent: You speak the language of developers just as fluently as our medical users.
• Languages: Conversational German (mandatory) and English.
