Job description

About DrAnsay

Founded in 2018, DrAnsay is today one of the leading digital health platforms in Germany. As a digital HealthTech company, we connect patients, doctors, and pharmacies and develop technological solutions that make healthcare simpler, faster, and more accessible. More than 1 million patients already use our platform. Our ambition is clear: to design digital medicine in a way that it truly works in everyday life.

We work fast, directly, and with a high degree of personal responsibility. Those who join us don't just take on an existing role, but actively shape structures, processes, and decisions.

Why this role exists

DrAnsay is in a scale-up phase: the basic structures of the product organization are in place. The focus is now on optimization, efficiency, and the further development of existing and new product initiatives. Our CPO is simultaneously responsible for commercial and strategic management topics. New initiatives therefore need a person who creates structure across products and keeps the tempo.

The position is newly created to fill this gap. This is not a role where you clean up the basics. It's about launching new products faster and working on the right things for existing products.

Your Role

As Head of Product, you will take over the coordination of cross-product roadmaps and OKR cycles, be responsible for company-wide product reporting, and ensure that metrics, feature impact, and product strategy are clearly communicated internally. You will report directly to our CPO and act as an interface to a nine-person product team consisting of Senior Product Managers and a UX team, as well as to Data, Marketing, and Engineering.

Your goal in the first few months is to thoroughly understand all product areas, our market, and the team. You will identify where planning, collaboration, and documentation can be improved, create a plan, and implement it.

What you will do specifically

  • Coordinate, keep up-to-date, and identify and resolve dependencies between teams early on for cross-product roadmaps across multiple product lines and teams

  • Link OKRs and Key Results at the team level with the overarching product strategy and accompany the cycles from planning to evaluation

  • Be responsible for product metrics and company-wide reporting on feature impact, together with our Data team

  • Question initiatives that create little customer or business value and propose alternatives

  • Integrate user research structurally into ongoing product development, together with our Head of UX and the UX team

  • Further develop the working methods of our Product Managers, especially in planning, documentation, and reporting

  • Support product discovery and the early team structuring of new product initiatives, including coordination with Engineering

  • Build up company-wide communication on product strategy and document product decisions comprehensibly for everyone

What you need

  • Experience in a product leadership role, such as Head of Product, Product Lead, or Group Product Manager. You have had responsibility beyond your own product, for multiple Product Managers, teams, or product areas, either functionally or disciplinarily

  • Experience with digital products for end customers (B2C) in a fast-growing company

  • Practical experience with OKRs and roadmapping: You have coordinated OKR cycles across products and maintained and communicated roadmaps for multiple teams

  • Proficient in product KPIs: You have defined metrics, measured feature impact, and built reporting for internal stakeholders

  • You convince through arguments and data, not through your position, and can discuss at eye level even with experienced Product Managers

  • The willingness to do the structural work yourself: maintain roadmaps, request updates, keep reporting running

  • Very good German and English language skills (at least C1), as you work daily in both languages with Product, Engineering, and Leadership

  • You can work from Germany permanently and have the necessary work permit for this at the start

What stands out positively

  • Experience as Head of Product. This is not a prerequisite

  • Several years of direct product responsibility as a Product Manager before moving into a leadership role

  • Experience from a larger product organization with mature working methods

  • Experience with roadmap and product management tools such as airfocus, Productboard, Jira Product Discovery, or Aha!

  • Experience with product analytics tools such as PostHog, Amplitude, or Mixpanel

  • Product experience in e-commerce, marketplaces, or digital health

  • Experience in highly regulated product environments

  • Experience collaborating with UX teams and integrating user research

What we offer

  • Full-time and permanent, starting from November 2026

  • 100% Remote: You work from Germany, full-time, without location binding

  • A role that grows with you: The deeper your understanding of products, market, and team, the more decisions you will take on

  • Direct collaboration with our CPO and time to thoroughly get to know all product areas

  • Visible impact: You shape how DrAnsay launches new products and what the Product team works on

  • Small team with short communication channels, low-ego culture, and direct feedback

  • A product with real benefit: We help people get healthcare easier every day

How to apply

Apply directly through the application form. No cover letter required, we will ask you a few short questions that help us understand how you work. These answers are more important to us than your LinkedIn profile.

You will hear from us within five working days.

DrAnsay is an equal opportunity employer. Applications are evaluated based on qualifications and professional experience. All applicants will be considered regardless of age, gender, origin, disability, religion, or other protected characteristics. DrAnsay processes the personal data transmitted with your application for the purpose of carrying out the recruiting process.
