Job description
About DrAnsay
DrAnsay was founded in 2018 and is now one of the leading digital health platforms in Germany. As a digital HealthTech company, we connect patients, doctors, and pharmacies, developing technological solutions that make healthcare simpler, faster, and more accessible. More than 1 million patients already use our platform. Our ambition is clear: to shape digital medicine in a way that it truly works in everyday life.
We work fast, directly, and with a high degree of personal responsibility. Those who join us don't just take on an existing role, but actively shape structures, processes, and decisions.
Why this role exists
DrAnsay is in a scale-up phase: the basic structures of the product organization are in place. The focus is now on optimization, efficiency, and the further development of existing and new product initiatives. Our CPO is simultaneously responsible for commercial and strategic corporate management issues. New initiatives therefore need a person who creates structure across products and keeps the pace.
The position is being newly created to close this gap. This is not a role where you clean up the basics. It's about launching new products faster and working on the right things for existing products.
Your Role
As Head of Product, you will take over the coordination of cross-product roadmaps and OKR cycles, be responsible for company-wide product reporting, and ensure that metrics, feature impact, and product strategy are clearly communicated internally. You will report directly to our CPO and act as a liaison to a nine-person product team of Senior Product Managers and a UX team, as well as Data, Marketing, and Engineering.
Your goal in the first few months is to thoroughly understand all product areas, our market, and the team. You will identify where planning, collaboration, and documentation can be improved, make a plan, and implement it.
What you will do specifically
Coordinate cross-product roadmaps across multiple product lines and teams, keep them up-to-date, and identify and resolve dependencies between teams early on
Link OKRs and Key Results at the team level with the overarching product strategy and accompany the cycles from planning to evaluation
Be responsible for product metrics and company-wide reporting on feature impact, in collaboration with our Data team
Question initiatives that create little customer or business value and propose alternatives
Integrate user research into ongoing product development in a structured way, in collaboration with our Head of UX and the UX team
Further develop the working methods of our Product Managers, especially planning, documentation, and reporting
Support Product Discovery and the early team structuring of new product initiatives, including coordination with Engineering
Establish company-wide communication on product strategy and document product decisions comprehensibly for everyone
What you need
Experience in a product leadership role, such as Head of Product, Product Lead, or Group Product Manager. You have had responsibility beyond your own product, for multiple Product Managers, teams, or product areas, functionally or disciplinarily
Experience with digital products for end customers (B2C) in a fast-growing company
Practical experience with OKRs and roadmapping: You have coordinated OKR cycles across products and maintained and communicated roadmaps for multiple teams
Confident use of product KPIs: You have defined metrics, measured feature impact, and built reporting for internal stakeholders
You convince through arguments and data, not through your position, and discuss at eye level even with experienced Product Managers
Willingness to do the structural work yourself: maintain roadmaps, request updates, keep reporting running
Very good German and English skills (at least C1), as you work daily in both languages with Product, Engineering, and Leadership
You can perform the job permanently from Germany and have the necessary work permit for this at the start
What will be a plus
Experience as Head of Product. This is not a prerequisite
Several years of own product responsibility as a Product Manager before moving into a leadership role
Experience from a larger product organization with mature working methods
Experience with roadmap and product management tools such as airfocus, Productboard, Jira Product Discovery, or Aha!
Experience with product analytics tools such as PostHog, Amplitude, or Mixpanel
Product experience in e-commerce, marketplaces, or digital health
Experience in highly regulated product environments
Experience collaborating with UX teams and integrating user research
What we offer
Full-time and permanent, starting from November 2026
100% Remote: You work from Germany, full-time, with no location restrictions
A role that grows with you: The deeper your understanding of products, market, and team, the more decisions you will take on
Direct collaboration with our CPO and time to thoroughly get to know all product areas
Visible impact: You will shape how DrAnsay launches new products and what the Product team works on
Small team with short communication lines, low-ego culture, and direct feedback
A product with real benefits: We help people get healthcare more easily every day
How to apply
Apply directly via the application form. No cover letter required; we will ask you a few short questions that help us understand how you work. These answers are more important to us than your LinkedIn profile.
You will hear from us within five working days.
DrAnsay is an equal opportunity employer. Applications are evaluated based on qualifications and professional experience. All applicants will be considered regardless of age, gender, origin, disability, religion, or other protected characteristics.
