Your tasks - responsibility starts with you
- You take over the strategic and operational leadership of our product management and are the central point of contact for the further development of our product portfolios - in close exchange with our CPTO.
- Together with your team, you will be responsible for the following aspects:
- Analysis of market trends, customer needs, and technological developments to develop innovative product strategies and live proactively.
- Tight cooperation with development teams to advance new features and solutions in the area of SAP- and cloud-integration.
* Preparing feature stories with requirements and acceptance conditions.
* Preparation of planning meetings, including prioritization and justification of the respective requirements. - Definition and maintenance of the product roadmap - you support the smooth implementation in collaboration with development, sales, and marketing.
* Close exchange with teams, ideally on 2 days a week on site in Stuttgart. - Targeted use of customer and event feedback as well as your own impressions to optimize our products to meet market requirements and remain ahead of the curve.
* Understanding pain points, not just current usage or solution.
* Recognizing opportunities.
* Participation in PreSales-Calls. - Development of ideas for monetizing product features.
- Maintenance of a close partnership with industry analysts to gain valuable market and competitive analyses for the development of the product strategy and roadmap.
- You represent Theobald Software/bluetelligence at trade shows, conferences, and webinars and excite potential customers with your product vision and storytelling.
- You improve and align the product management processes as well as the interaction with the development team, for example through:
- Improved feature sizing processes for precise planning and roadmap estimates.
- Consistent use of the RICE method or a comparable method for prioritizing features.
- Further development of design thinking methodology for new features and products.
Your profile - passion meets performance
- You have completed a degree in business informatics, computer science, or a comparable qualification.
- You bring at least five years of experience in product management from software solutions, ideally in the area of SAP integration or cloud technologies.
- You possess fundamental knowledge of agile development processes and are able to steer product strategies both technically and economically.
- You can communicate complex technical relationships in a clear and concise manner and convince internally and externally as a strong leadership personality.
- You are communicatively skilled and confident in your dealings with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
- You speak fluent German and English, allowing you to operate successfully on German-speaking events and in the international environment.
