Your mission 🎯
 
As Head of Product, you will guide our clients (Decathlon, Carrefour, SeLoger, Chanel, Deezer, ...) in their Product transformation and the improvement of their practices, either embedded within their teams or as a Coach or Product expert. 
 
You will also be a Manager of a team at Thiga to make them the best possible consultants & Product People!
 
Your mission will be to:
- coach and support Product teams at your client's site to increase their Product Management maturity by implementing and disseminating best practices;
- assess the product maturity of existing teams and propose an appropriate action plan to optimize the organization and Product processes; 
- frame and launch a new product or challenge and improve an existing product;
- deploy a long-term vision and coordinate the concrete realization of the roadmap;
- manage your team of Thiguys·girls with dedicated time to allow every Thiguy·girl to be in the best conditions for their professional development and to ensure their fulfillment.

  • You have already managed and, after an onboarding period, you will support and manage your team of Thiga consultants.
  • You establish the product strategy and vision.
  • You define the roadmap and plan future versions of your product with a user-centric strategy, oriented towards problems and outcomes.
  • You master Design Thinking and Lean Startup.
  • You know how to interpret KPIs measuring your product's performance and deduce the impact on users. 
  • You can support your team in defining its OKRs.
  • You collaborate with Product Designers to design the user experience and create web or mobile interfaces; you know how to prepare user tests.
  • You know and use prioritization techniques (Rice, MoSCow, Kano…).
  • You are comfortable with Product Delivery and all Agile rituals.

  • Communication: you provide visibility and express yourself concisely while also listening to others.
  • Diplomacy: you know how to defend your ideas and convictions & manage relationships between different stakeholders. You know how to be assertive.

  • Shameless: you speak fluent French while having a good level of English, even if when you pronounce beer, bird, bear or beard it ends in a misunderstanding 🍺 🐥 🐻 🧔🏻

    • Experience 📇
  • Ideally, you have a minimum of 6 years of experience in a Product structure (with both Product Discovery and Product Delivery).
  • You have already managed (directly) and / or you have at least one experience as a Product Leader (Head of Product, Lead PM,...) in your career.
