Your missions

Reporting to the Technical Directorate, you will lead the entire Product function. You will define the product strategy, arbitrate investments, manage the team, and ensure the alignment of committed resources with company objectives.

In tandem with the Product Lead, you will carry the vision, set the strategic framework, and represent the product to the General Management.

Main responsibilities

* Define the strategy for a multi-product portfolio: investments, priorities, evolution, and product lifecycle.
* Support every decision with measurable data (revenue, usage, renewals, churn, costs, risks).
* Manage the Product team (Product Lead, Product Owners, Business Analysts, Product Designers, QA Engineers): recruitment, coaching, evaluation, and skill development.
* Unite teams around clear, stable, and measurable objectives, and foster a product culture focused on quality and performance.
* Build and manage the budget for the Product function, as well as the organization of teams and squads.
* Ensure compliance with budgets and timelines, anticipate risks, and contribute to resolving discrepancies.
* Lead competitive intelligence to inform strategic directions and roadmaps.
* Develop innovation and the use of AI in product practices (discovery, specification, design, testing, documentation), within a secure and compliant framework.
* Represent the product to executives and arbitrate major inter-team decisions.

Your skills

Your profile

Graduated from a business or engineering school (Master's degree - Bac+5), you have at least 10 years of experience in product management or product team management in a B2B / software publisher environment.

Business and market-oriented, you know how to transform customer needs and commercial challenges into product strategy. You are comfortable working with sales teams, managing investments, and making high-value-added arbitration decisions.
