• Restructure and scale the Engineering Organization: You will take overall responsibility for three engineering teams and an infrastructure team, restructure the organization, roles, and collaboration, and build structures that scale with our growth.
• Lead the Product Team: You will lead our Product and UI/UX team, further develop the product strategy and roadmap together with management, and ensure that the most important topics are implemented at the right time - with the clear goal of driving measurable product growth.
• Merge Product & Engineering: You will interlink product management and development into a common Delivery process with clear priorities, roadmaps, and responsibilities.
• Measurably accelerate Delivery: Your most important measure of success is the Delivery speed of our teams. You will identify bottlenecks, establish efficient planning, release, and Delivery processes, and measurably and sustainably increase output.
• Accompany Technical Decisions: Together with our Tech Leads, you will make well-founded decisions regarding architecture, scaling, and Tech Debt, and create the foundation for sustainable growth.
• Develop the Organization Further: You will be responsible for Hiring, budget, and prioritization for Product and Engineering, and build an organization that remains high-performing even with further growth.
• Involve Management & Stakeholders: You will create transparency about Delivery, progress, and priorities, and be a sparring partner for management, Tech Leads, and the Product Team.

• Several Years of Leadership Experience: You have already successfully led multiple product and engineering teams and developed organizations further.
• Experience in Building Scalable Engineering Organizations: You have improved Delivery processes, created structures, and measurably increased the output of development teams.
• Technical Understanding at Eye Level: You can discuss technical decisions with Tech Leads, understand architecture, scaling, and technical trade-offs, and thus enjoy the acceptance of your engineering teams.
• Product Mindset: You understand how good product development works and have experience in building digital products or platforms.
• Hands-on Mentality: You approach topics pragmatically, take responsibility, and feel comfortable in both operational day-to-day business and at management level.
• Strong Stakeholder Management: You communicate confidently with management, product, engineering, and other departments, and succeed in bringing together different interests.
• Experience in a Scale-up Environment: You enjoy working in dynamic companies with short decision-making processes and find pleasure in actively shaping organizations.
• Bonus Points: Previous developer experience, experience with engineering metrics such as DORA or Cycle Time, and knowledge in the platform, SaaS, or e-commerce environment.
