Head of Product Domain

As we scale, we’re looking for a Head of Product Domain who can lead product strategy, elevate product talent, and drive delivery excellence across a critical domain within our fintech ecosystem. This is more than a leadership role — it’s an opportunity to shape product vision, influence architecture, build high-performing Product Owners and Business Analysts who deliver results that matter. You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with Mukuru's overall business objectives, while also fostering a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous learning. This role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to collaborate effectively across functions, and a deep understanding of the fintech industry. Responsibilities: • Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with Mukuru's overall business objectives. • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs and drive business growth. • Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous learning within the Product Domain. • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization, including product owners, business analysts, engineers, and other key partners. • Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement strategic initiatives that drive business growth and customer satisfaction. • Develop and manage budgets for product development initiatives. • Identify and prioritize opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within the Product Domain. Requirements: • 8+ years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in fintech or a related industry. • Proven track record of developing and executing successful product strategies that drive business growth and customer satisfaction. • Strong understanding of the fintech industry, including trends, challenges, and opportunities for innovation. • Excellent leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across functions. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions. • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines. • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
