Head of Product Compliance (m/f/d)

As the Head of Product Compliance (all genders), you will build and manage our compliance for AZAV-certified educational offerings. You will ensure that AZAV, ZFU, and other requirements are permanently met, including GDPR and a practical framework for AI Governance.

Key aspects of your role:

• Overall responsibility for our compliance management system (AZAV, QCG, ZFU, GDPR, AI Governance)

• Professional and disciplinary leadership of the compliance team

• Management of all provider and measure accreditations as well as audits, from planning to follow-up

• Coordination of data protection management (GDPR) and AI governance framework in collaboration with internal experts

• Advising departments on audit-proof, efficient processes

• Representation of the company towards auditors, authorities, and associations

What you bring to the table

• Demonstrable experience in compliance or QM at an AZAV-certified educational provider or a body of experts

• In-depth knowledge of AZAV, audit management, and GDPR

• Experience in leading teams or complex projects

• Strong product and business mindset: you understand compliance as a value driver, not a brake

• Interest in AI Governance and AI regulation (EU AI Act)

• Very good German (C2) and English language skills (C1)

• Completed studies (e.g., in business, social sciences, law, or education) or comparable qualification; QM additional qualification is an advantage
