About the Role We're looking for a Head of Product for our AI LAB who will work closely with the Head of the AI LAB and who is equal parts product genius, builder, and relationship wrangler. This is not a role for someone who wants to make pretty widgets and get stuck in their own little world. You'll be working with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions that drive business outcomes. Responsibilities: • Lead the development of AI-based products and services that meet customer needs and drive business growth. • Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and designers to develop innovative solutions that leverage AI and machine learning. • Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and develop products that meet those needs. • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams. • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in AI and machine learning and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and growth. Requirements: • 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the AI or tech industry. • Strong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts and their applications. • Proven track record of developing successful products that meet customer needs and drive business outcomes. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and strategically.
