We are looking for you as:

Head of Process Engineering (m/w/d)

Aufgaben

Your key tasks will be:

• To take over the process engineering leadership of projects from concept development to commissioning and operation at customer sites worldwide.
• To create process flow diagrams, component lists, and interface lists.
• To design and select process engineering components, such as heat exchangers and valves.
• To develop control descriptions.
• To coordinate and conduct the commissioning of process engineering plants worldwide in secure areas.
• To independently develop our VacuDry® plant technology.
• To manage internal and external R&D projects with pilot tests.
• To provide technical support for regulatory procedures at home and abroad.
• To support sales in final contract negotiations.

Qualifikation

You bring:

• A completed degree in engineering (process, energy, or process engineering).
• At least 5 years of experience in international machine and plant construction – preferably with liquids and gases in thermal processes.
• Affinity to pipe construction, pressure vessels, and explosion protection.
• Knowledge of international project business.
• A structured, analytical, and independent working style.
• The ability to clearly explain complex technical relationships and present them to customers and authorities.
• Excellent IT knowledge.
• Versatile English and German language skills in writing and speaking.
• A decision-making spirit and passion for process and quality management.
• A hands-on mentality.
• Teamwork and flexibility.
• Inter-cultural curiosity, competence.
• Worldwide travel readiness.
