Head of Preclinical Sciences

At Faes Farma, where we unite passion, science and innovation to transform people's health, we are looking to incorporate a Head of Preclinical Sciences. We are looking for an experienced scientific leader to join our Discovery Research team and play a key role in shaping the future of our R&D pipeline. Reporting directly to the Head of Discovery Research, you will lead the integration of preclinical biology, pharmacology and ADMET, driving the progression of innovative drug candidates from target identification to proof-of-concept studies. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies for the discovery and development of novel therapeutic agents, working closely with cross-functional teams including medicinal chemistry, in vitro and in vivo testing, and clinical trial design. Your expertise will also be instrumental in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining a high level of scientific integrity throughout the research process.
