Post Production Head / Video Content Director – Bangalore Extension Architecture is an award-winning architectural practice based in Roehampton, London, with over 17 years of experience in architecture, planning, and design-led project delivery. We are looking for a Bangalore-based Post Production Head / Video Content Director with 3–4 years of experience in video editing, filmography, cinematic storytelling, and post-production. This role is not just about editing. We need someone who can guide the creative direction of our video content, working closely with our design team to develop compelling narratives that showcase our architectural projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of visual storytelling, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and implementing post-production strategies for our video content • Collaborating with designers and architects to create engaging narratives • Editing and producing high-quality video content that meets our brand standards • Staying up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in post-production • Mentoring junior team members and providing guidance on best practices • Working closely with our marketing team to ensure seamless integration of video content into our overall marketing strategy • Managing budgets and timelines for post-production projects • Coordinating with external partners and vendors as needed • Maintaining a high level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality in all aspects of the role.
